Do they serve prime rib

Yes. Their beef served is Angus, btw, for those who are either pleased or put off by the marbling and particular flavor.

How many steps into the restaurant?

Good-Afternoon! The Front and Rear Entry have 14 Steps HOWEVER we have a Fully ADA Accessible Side Ramp with No Steps. Once inside The Paddock is One Level with Complete ADA Accomodations in Restrooms and Seating

Absolutely

YES. Dinner is very busy. People are making reservations now. Highly recommend

They always have happy hour, I would call the restaurant for daily specials.

Making a reservation never hurts, but if you only want bar service you won't need to.

I just got off the phone with a lady at the Paddock it is 5:05 pm. to see if we could come in at 5:45 PM a party of 4. She was very rude. She said we would have to rush you out since we need the table at 7 pm???????? How crazy is that.

They only do 2 seatings each night, 5 pm and 7 pm. When I go it's usually just 2 people and we usually get a table when we walk in with out reservations. Or it might be a 20-15 minute wait. They try to give people with reservations a 2 hour dining experience.
